TMG Partners refurbishes another historic office building in Oakland

TMG Partners is revamping a former furniture-store-turned-office building at 2201 Broadway in Oakland. The San Francisco investor bought the 198,000 square-foot building last year for $65 million, or about $328 per square foot.
