Proposal for Mid-Market tower at Market and Van Ness revealed

A 520-foot tower slated to be built at the corner of Van Ness Avenue and Market Street in San Francisco now has a proposal to go with it. The Preliminary Project Assessment proposal released this week would add two stories to the existing structure instead of razing the whole building, as well as creating a new 49-story tower on the parcel, SocketSite reports.
