Bay Area buyer scoops up Tahoe estate for $31 million

A Bay Area buyer has paid $31.1 million for a Tahoe estate formerly owned by casino maven Steve Wynn, setting a new record for a sales price in posh Incline Village, Nev. The 5-acre estate, dubbed Old Forge, has its own private beach and pier, a putting green, gym, theater and 12,661-square-foot main house, as well as a three-bedroom guest house.
