Video: How ridesharing, ecommerce vehicles are making San Francisco traffic worse

A surge of ridesharing vehicles and ecommerce delivery fleets is contributing to San Francisco's intensifying traffic congestion, as city transit officials scramble to get a handle on just how many Uber and Lyft drivers are on its roads.
