Outsourced UCSF tech workers sue regents

Thirteen former IT workers at UCSF who had their jobs outsourced to Indian workers and were then forced to train their replacements have sued the state claiming harassment and discrimination, the East Bay Times reports. The lawsuit was filed on Monday in Alameda County. "The plaintiffs are claiming age discrimination and national origin discrimination, among other theories.
