Judge orders Uber to give due diligence report it conducted on Otto to Waymo

A judge has ordered Uber to turn over the full, unredacted term sheet it made with self-driving car startup Otto over to Google's Waymo, because it might contain information that shows Uber had knowledge of the alleged trade secrets theft at the center of the case.
