Caltrans worker gets $3 million court award after supervisors ignored his allergies

An employee at the California Department of Transportation has won a $3 million award in a lawsuit he filed alleging that his supervisors ignored his allergies to some chemicals and perfumes, despite repeated warnings not to expose him to those materials.
